Verinata Health is continuously applying its expertise in the discovery and development of prenatal testing. In order to introduce new laboratory developed tests (LDTs), we are proud to announce that our laboratory is CLIA and CAP accredited. Our laboratory is the exclusive provider of Verinata Health’s tests. Our niche focus produces an expedited turnaround time, while sustaining a rapid flow of critical information. The verifi® prenatal test, an LDT, has been validated in our clinical laboratory.

We, like many of our clients, work in a highly regulated medical services environment, where federal, state, and local laws and regulations govern our conduct. We take compliance with these regulations seriously at all levels within our organization, and our clients see it in the quality of our services and of our communications.

In preparation for its first product, which will be offered as a Lab Developed Test (LDT), Verinata Health received accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) for its clinical laboratory located at its corporate headquarters. As a federally recognized program, CAP accreditation completes the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certification of accreditation for Verinata. All products will be validated in conformance with the guidelines established by CAP and other relevant agencies.
